What does ZAMPLE actually do? 

ZAMPLE hopes to provide a venue for ladies residing in Singapore to solicit 1st class beauty products for themselves. We strive to become a one stop beauty centre serving sophisticated ladies in their quest for ultimate beauty. For more information, please refer to the section on You & Uz. 

Why is the zample only restricted to one per household? 

We want to ensure that every of our members will be given the opportunity to try the zample and consider buying the products from our clients. That is why we restrict the registration of the zample to one per household. 

So what happens now after I signup? 

After signing up as members of ZAMPLE, you can log in to obtain the zample that you would like to obtain. As response for past sample distribution has been overwhelming and that the zamples are limited, we would advise all interested ZAMPLERS to log on to our website frequently to make sure you catch our distribution wave.  In addition, we will be sending occasional promotional items via email or snail mail to your good self and send you any ‘lobangs’ that we can get along the way! Once again, welcome to the community!!

Payments & Delivery

Do I need to pay for the membership? 

No. Memberships to ZAMPLE.com is absolutely free at the moment and will remain so for all members who sign up before any implementation of paid membership. 

What about the zample? 

It depends on the product nature itself. Generally, zamples are priced between 1 SGD to maximum of 2 SGD so as to cover the bare minimum cost for postage, internet transaction, overheads and administrative aspect. We try our best to get free samples constantly for our members. In a nutshell, obtaining zamples from our site will cost from 0 SGD to 2 SGD. 

How do I make payments for the postage? 

Payments for the postage (and overheads) can be made via credit card or through online transfer to our POSB account.  

How fast do I expect my first zample to arrive after registration? 

As our products are all high end brands, there is limited stock of how much we can get. While we work constantly to obtain more zamples for our members, we have to distribute the zamples as fairly as we can. We expect zamples sent to your end within a period of 3 months.

Why do I receive the message "You cannot access this bill" when I want to grab the zample?  

There are 2 reasons for this. Firstly, our system has identified that your unique address has previously claimed the similar product.  Secondly is that the zample is out of stock. However the zample will replenish from time to time, so you should keep a close eye if you eagerly want to claim that particular zample.

ZAMPLE POINTS 

What is ZAMPLE points? 

ZAMPLE POINTS is an in-house loyalty points system similar to SIA’s frequent flyer points (aka kisflyer points). We do not make it compulsory for you to write more reviews even when you do not want to or force you to refer your friends so as to be able to continue to get samples. In fact, ZAMPLE point is set up strictly to allow our members to gain more points the more you get samples. And of course, referring your friends will also get you rewarded with more points. 

These points will allow you to get actual retail products of 1st class cosmetic products. We also have something interesting in store for all our members in a few months to come. ZAMPLE is in the midst of putting this little surprise together! 

Most importantly, exclusive invitation to sampling exercises from leading cosmetic brands are extended in consideration to the ZAMPLE POINTS that you have accumulated. We believe in rewarding active members in all ways possible. 

How do I earn points? 

You earn points for referring your friend to ZAMPLE. For every friend you recommend and who successfully become a ZAMPLER, we will reward you with one ZAMPLE point. Other ways of obtaining ZAMPLE POINTS include getting more zamples and participating in any activities that ZAMPLE has. (Yes!! You get points for taking zamples!!)
