Do we need to use mask everyday in order to improve our complexion? Does it help to use mask everyday to improve them? I have some friends who do so.

Mask moisturises you skin intensely in order to give that boost. I think it improves the skin dramatically if used over a long period, but the catch is you need to use it for a long time, otherwise you wont be able to see the effect.
